Community Outreach Programs In Addictions (COPA) – Reconnect Mental Health Services

The COPA program helps adults 55 years and over who struggle with addictions that impact their daily lives. Services include:

  • Outreach
  • Harm Reduction – designed to reduce the effects of addictions

To be eligible for service, an individual must be 55+, living with addiction concerns, and live within the Toronto Central LHIN boundaries. Priority is given to people living between Yonge St and Kipling Ave., and from Eglinton Ave to Lakeshore Blvd.

TrueNorth offers non-urgent walk-in service & telemedicine-based medical consultations, advice, and treatment related to substance use, particularly methadone and Suboxone maintenance treatment, alcohol dependence treatment, nicotine replacement therapy, and benzodiazepine tapering.
