  • In this program, you work through 10 structured modules, at your own pace, while a dedicated therapist monitors your progress: each module contains activities, videos, and assignments to help you learn, develop and practice new skills.
  • There are scheduled check-ins along the way: you connect with your therapist by phone/video/chat.
  • Cost: As of August 12/22, the cost of the program is no longer covered by Ontario government. $500 for the full program (billed in 4 installments of $125)

BEACON

  • This is a therapist-assisted, digital CBT service. It includes unlimited online messaging with a dedicated therapist and access to CBT therapy for 12 weeks, as well as unlimited access to materials for one year.
  • Cost: As of August 12/22, the cost of the program is no longer covered by Ontario government. $50 one-time time assessment; followed by 2 payments of $150, and a final payment of $175 for the full program; you don’t have to participate in the full program.
