- This is a therapist-assisted, digital CBT service. It includes unlimited online messaging with a dedicated therapist and access to CBT therapy for 12 weeks, as well as unlimited access to materials for one year.
- Cost: As of August 12/22, the cost of the program is no longer covered by Ontario government. $50 one-time time assessment; followed by 2 payments of $150, and a final payment of $175 for the full program; you don’t have to participate in the full program.
