Karley Fallaise, RD, karley.fallaise@loblaw.ca, 647-504-9810; (Fees apply to services) offers Private and group education on healthy eating ranging in service from 1:1 consultations, shop with a dietitian, meal planning assistance, and telephone check-ins. Packages can be customized from $99/hr or choose a preset package such as Healthy Weight $349 (assessment, shop with dietitian, and 6 x 15 minute follow up sessions). There are some ‘no charge’ group sessions, but you will need to check with each site for dates/times/availability.

Our Child and Teen Diabetes Education Program specialize in infants, children, and teens with Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, and those who are at risk of developing diabetes. Our team consists of clerical staff and volunteers, physicians specializing in diabetes and adolescent mental health, diabetes educators including nurses and dietitians, and a social worker. Your child and family are the most important part of the diabetes team. The team will work together to provide care with respect, integrity, excellence, and compassion. Our patients come first in everything we do.
