They are currently offering single-session phone counselling with their therapists. This service is free of charge, and available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
General, solution-focused, single session phone counselling (available 24/7, for 18 years and older). Following this initial call, you may be referred to multi-session counselling (up to 3 additional sessions) with a dedicated therapist. You can call for single-session counselling as often as needed.
This is temporarily being offered over the phone. Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning at 4:15 p.m., clients can call to speak with a counsellor for a one-hour session. Service offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free, confidential, 24/7 helpline for post-secondary students, providing professional counselling as well as information and referrals for mental health support.
