Brief individual counselling, family support, and substance use (2 sessions only). Also offer group/peer support, case management, and recovery supports, youth programming. Counselling and treatment (6-8 sessions) for individual with moderate to severe mental health concerns.
Population: Must reside in Central West LHIN. Translation services available.
